S.T.A.R. Puppy Classes
What's Included
The American Kennel Club has designed an awesome puppy program to set your puppy up to be the well-rounded dog you’ve been wishing for. Six classes over a period of six weeks will cover all the basics from commands, to proper exercise and care for your puppy. Our head trainer will administer the AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy test at the end of the program. Upon passing the test, you’ll get an application to send to AKC so that your puppy will receive the AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy Medal, a frameable certificate designating your puppy is in the AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy records, a New Puppy Guide – Digital Edition, and the ongoing Monthly AKC Email Newsletter. We welcome puppies of all breeds, sizes, and ages under eight months. These classes work to produce a balanced, happy, obedient dog who is ready to start their new relationship with you.
Keep in mind
This program is NOT for puppies with behavioral problems – please see our Puppy Board & Train program. All puppies participating in this program MUST be younger than 8 months of age.
Price
Package of six group classes is $210 ($35/class), which will cover the cost of the AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy certificate upon completion.
